Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee or 1 cup espresso
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- whipped cream (for garnish) (optional)
- 1 pinch cocoa (for garnish) (optional)
- chocolate (for garnish) (optional) or caramel syrup (for garnish) (optional)
Instructions
- beat egg white with mixer on high until soft peak forms.
- add powdered sugar slowly while beating until all mixed inches.
- add cocoa slowly while beating until all mixed inches.
- fill coffee cup about 1/3 full of chocolate mixture and fill the rest with coffee.
- give it a little stir and garnish as desired!
