• 2 ounce semisweet chocolate
• minced
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 1 Tbsp. instant espresso coffee pwdr or possibly
• reg. coffee crystals
• 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
• or possibly water
• 24 ounce cream cheese
• softened
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 x Large eggs
• slightly beaten
