Ingredients
- 6 peeled potatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 4 cups shredded partially cooked cabbage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10 34 ounces cream of celery soup
- 12 cup salad dressing
- 34 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Cook whole potatoes until almost done.
- Let cool,.
- then slice on the thin side and set aside.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add soup, dressing and milk.
- and mix well.
- Combine with cabbage.
- Coat a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place 1/2 the cabbage in the bottom,
- then 1/2 the potatoes
- and then sprinkle with 1/2 of each
- of the cheeses.
- Repeat.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or
- until potatoes and cabbage are tender.
