Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x onion minced
- 28 ounce canned minced tomatoes
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 10 c. shredded cabbage
Instructions
- In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well.
- Add in remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well.
- Stir in cabbage and simmer 20 to 25 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
- Comments: The spiciness of the pork depends upon your taste.
- Experiment with a mix of mild and warm.
