Ingredients
- 3 -4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 pint sour cream
Instructions
- Boil the cabbage in a pot of boiling salted water for about 6 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain.
- Toss with the butter, salt, seeds and seasonings until well mixed.
- Reheat in the empty pot and just before serving stir in the sour cream.
