Ingredients
- 3 Cabbage leaves
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp plus Roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp plus Ponzu
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumber.
- Cut the cabbage into 1cm squares.
- Put the cucumber and cabbage in a bowl and rub in the salt.
- Mix the ingredients marked .
- When the cucumber and cabbage have become soft and the moisture has disappeared, quickly soak in water and squeeze out tightly.
- Mix the ingredients from steps 3 and 4 together and it's done.
- I used low calorie mayonnaise.
