Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cabbage
  • 200 grams Baby scallops
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Combine the sake, water, and soy sauce in a pot.
  3. Add the cabbage to the pot, then top with the scallops.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Turn the heat to medium.
  6. Once it begins to sizzle, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
  7. After about 15 minutes, the cabbage should be wilted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
