Ingredients

  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. C and H Powdered Sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. Sifted cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla C and H Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven till set but not brown 12 to 15 min.
  5. Remove to rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
