Ingredients
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 x (12 ounce.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 x (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 c. minced walnuts or possibly peanuts (optional)*
Instructions
- *Instead of minced nuts, you can use crunchy peanut butter and omit the nuts.
- Heat the peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
- Fold in the noodles and nuts till coated well.
- Drop by tsp.
- onto the wax paper.
- Put into the refrigerator till set.
- Substitute chocolate chips for butterscotch chips, or possibly wait till the butterscotch haystacks harden and then dip half into melted chocolate
