- 2 c. Warm mashed butternut squash
- 3 x Large eggs
- separated
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 tsp Finely minced onion
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
- cooked and liquid removed Fresh thyme
