Ingredients
- 1 x Butternut squash -- peeled Seeded
- chunkd
- 3 x Apples -- cored
- peeled
- Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon -- grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 DegreesF.
- Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Place squash-apple mix in a one qt casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Pour apple juice over mix, and cover casserole.
- Bake for one hour, or possibly till squash is fork tender.
