Buttermilk-Banana Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 ripe bananas
- cut into 2-inch-thick rounds
- 11 dried pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the ice is finely ground.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
