Butterfinger Popcorn Balls Halloween Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 c. popped popcorn
  • 3 x (2.1 ounce ea) Butterfinger(r) Candy Bar
  • minced
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine popcorn and minced Butterfinger in large bowl.
  2. Heat butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in marshmallows.
  4. Heat, stirring constantly, till marshmallows are melted and mix is smooth.
  5. Pour over popcorn mix; quickly toss to coat well.
  6. Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Form popcorn mix into six 3 inch balls.
  8. Place on waxed paper to cold.
  9. Store in airtight container.
  10. Makes 6.
