Butter Sauces Rosemary Butter Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cl Garlic
- chopped
- 3 tsp Fresh rosemary leaves
- Removed from the stem
- 1/2 tsp Orange or possibly lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. White wine Or possibly orange juice Or possibly lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Or possibly more crushed dry red Chile pepper Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb Unsalted butter (1 stick)
- Softened.
Instructions
- To make each sauce, mix all theingredients together well.
- Heat to serve.
