Butter And Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta of choice
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Instructions
- While 1 lb.
- of pasta of choice cooks, heat the butter in a small saucepan.
- Add in 1/2 c. of pasta cooking water and heat through.
- Toss al dente pasta into the pan with the butter and add in cheese to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
