Ingredients
- 34 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In large saucepan, cook sausage, onion,celery and garlic until meat is done.
- Add beans, broth, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
