Ingredients
- 1 x (8-oz) package cream cheese
- softened
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x (3.(4-oz) box Jell-O lemon instant pudding mix
- 1 x (8 inch) graham cracker crust
- 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
- optional
Instructions
- Blend softened cream cheese with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
- Add in remaining lowfat milk and the pudding mix.
- Beat slowly with egg beater just till well-mixed, about one minute.
- Don't overbeat.
- Pour at once into graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top, if you like.
- Refrigerateabout an hour.
