Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Oil for frying
Instructions
- Sift flower and in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
- Beat the egg and add to the mixture.
- Mix well until fully integrated.
- Add the milk and mix again.
- The batter should be a bit thicker than cake's.
- Fry them until golden brown.
- You can do them ghe size you want although I suggest to make them about half a tablespoon big so ghey are not really big nor really small.
