Buffalo Style Empanadas

Ingredients

  • 34 lb lean ground beef
  • 13 cup chopped green onion
  • 13 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (16 1/3 ounce) cangrands refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 12 cup ranch salad dressing
  • optional for dipping

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain, add onions, sauce and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Seperate dough into 8 biscuits.
  6. Press or roll each to form a 6 inch round.
  7. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round.
  8. Top each with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
  9. Fold dough over filling, press edges to seal.
  10. Place on an ungreased large cookie sheet.
  11. Bake at 375 for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve with ranche dressing for dipping.
