Franks Red Hot Sauce, To Taste", "9 ounces, weight 93/7 Ground Beef", "9 ounces, weight 80/20 Ground Beef", "4 whole Onion Hamburger Buns", "Salt And Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine celery, carrot, blue cheese dressing, and 1 teaspoon of Franks Red Hot with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Mix the ground beef together, making sure to not overwork the meat.
Form 4 large patties and put a dimple in the center of the burger with your finger.
This will help prevent the dreaded burger bulge.
While youre forming the patties, heat a (cast-iron preferred) skillet or outdoor grill to medium high heat.
Salt and pepper the patties just before placing in the skillet.
Cook on both sides for about 4 minutes each side.
Refrain from pressing the burgers while cooking.
This will decrease the juiciness significantly.
Toast the burger buns under the broiler, and once toasty, squirt a few (or more than a few) drops of Franks Red Hot on each side of the bun, place a burger patty on top, and finally top with the celery slaw mixture.
Douse with more hot sauce to your liking, and ENJOY!
