Buck's Chicken Breast In Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 x boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 6 ounce Cheddar cheese
- grated almonds
- slivered cooked rice
Instructions
- Put chicken breasts in baking dish.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients, except rice; pour over breasts.
- Bake at 275 degrees (uncovered) for 2-1/2 hrs.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 6 people.
