Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 cup Ripe Tomatoes
- Diced
- 1/2 cups Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
- Cubed
- 1/4 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- Torn
- 1 clove Garlic
- Finely Minced Or Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Good Quality Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt And Black Pepper
- Flat Bread Or Toasted Baguette
- To Serve
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic, vinegar, and oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
- Serve with your choice of flat bread or toasted baguettes.
