brown sugar coated ham

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 pound ham steak
• about 3/4 inch (19 mm) thick

Instructions

1. Fire up the grill I used charcoal and oak wood.
2. Rub sugar over ham steak
3. Put ham steak on grill turn as needed.
4. When sugar is coated and melted to ham and some of the fat is caramelized, it's ready
