brown sugar coated ham
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 pound ham steak
- about 3/4 inch (19 mm) thick
Instructions
- Fire up the grill I used charcoal and oak wood.
- Rub sugar over ham steak
- Put ham steak on grill turn as needed.
- When sugar is coated and melted to ham and some of the fat is caramelized, it's ready
