Brown Paper Bag Pecan Brittle

Ingredients

• 1 12 cups pecans
• 1 18 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter

Instructions

1. Line a cookie sheet with greased foil.
2. Spread pecans on top.
3. Mix sugar and butter in a large pan.
4. Using a long handled wooden spoon, heat and stir constantly until the mixture turns the color of a brown paper bag.
5. Pour over pecans.
6. cool.
7. Break into pieces.
