Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flounder fillets
  • skinless (or other fish fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons onions
  • grated
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • chopped
  • 14 lb butter
  • melted
  • 1 cup kasseri cheese
  • grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased shallow baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the top with onion, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle butter over all the fillets and tomatoes.
  5. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more.
