Ingredients
- 2 pound broccoli
- cut in bite size pcs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 minced hard cooked Large eggs
- 1 c. salad olives
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar minced pimento
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Instructions
- The night before you plan to serve this salad cook or possibly steam broccoli just till crisp.
- Drain.
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerator.
- Keeps in covered container in refrigerator for a couple of days.
- Easy.
