Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Bone/skinless chicken breast
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 can Broccoli cheese soup
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2 c. Broccoli
- florets
- 1 x Red & yellow peppers
- thin
Instructions
- Cube chicken breasts.
- In frying pan, brown chicken in warm oil.
- In large bowl combine soups and water.
- Add in to chicken, bring to a boil.
- Add in rice.
- Cover, simmer 5 min.
- Add in broccoli and peppers, simmer, uncovered 5 min till vegetables are tender crisp.
