Ingredients
- 2 (11 ounce.) pkg. frzn rice pilaf
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. broccoli spears in cheese sauce
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- cooked & boned
- 1 (11 ounce.) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions.
- Spread rice and broccoli in a 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on the broccoli.
- Combine cheddar cheese soup, lowfat milk, salt and lemon pepper.
- Pour sauce over the chicken, cover.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 min or possibly till warm.
