Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. frzn broccoli
- defrosted
- 1 med. onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Instructions
- 1.
- Saute/fry onion in 1/4 lb.
- butter.
- 2.
- Put defrosted broccoli in warm water 1 to 2 min.
- Drain and place in baking dish.
- 3.
- Add in onion and butter in baking dish.
- 4.
- In bowl mix soup and 1/4 can lowfat milk and pour over mix.
- 5.
- Slice cheese and place on top of mix.
- 6.
- Crumble Ritz crackers on top.
- 7.
- Heat 1/4 lb.
- butter and drizzle over crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
