Broccoli, Bacon & Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli (4 bunches
- cut in small pieces)
- 1 cup Canadian cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 14 cup onion (chopped)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked crisp & broken into small pieces)
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup white vinegar
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients together.
- Stir into broccoli mixture.
- Stir once in a while if not served immediately.
- May be made 1 day ahead of time and kept in the refridgerator.
