Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 8 inches baked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup flour 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can lima beans
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan, the stir in the flour and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and gradually add the milk.Stir until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in the drained beans, parsley and ham.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into the baked prepared shell.
- Serve imediately.
