Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Cake flour
- Dont substitute!", "1/2 tsp Baking soda", "1/2 tsp Salt", "3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar", "4 lrg Large eggs, beaten", "1 x 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
Instructions
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar till well blended.
- In another bowl, mix together the Large eggs and lowfat sour cream till well blended.
- Add in to the dry ingredients and mix till all dry ingredients are mixed in.
- Allow the mix to sit for about 5 min.
- Meanwhile, heat up a large frying pan.
- Once it's warm add in a little oil and lightly coat the bottom of the skillet.
- Using a Tbsp., drop the batter onto warm skillet.
- Cook on one side till the bubbles on the top start to pop and the edges begin to look dry.
- Careful which you do not burn them.
- They puff up when you flip them.
- NOTES : These pancakes are so tender which you must make them small or possibly they will tear when you flip them.
