Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh bulk pork sausage
  • 8 slices bacon
  • minced
  • 9 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread
  • cut in cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the night before.
  2. Brown bacon and sausage together; drain well.
  3. Whisk Large eggs, lowfat milk and mustard; add in bacon and sausage.
  4. Mix in cheese and bread cubes.
  5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Serves 12.
  8. Comments: Great for overnight company - even the in-laws!
