Breakfast skillet surprise

Ingredients

• 1 small onion
• diced
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 1 lb turkey sausage
• 1 can mushrooms
• small can
• 2 tbsp chopped canned jalapenos
• 1 dozen eggs
• 3 medium red potatoes sliced
• 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp morespice

Instructions

1. In skillet cook potatoes until almost done, just enough to cover bottom of skillet
2. In a second nonstick skillet Cook sausage into crumbles till bout done then add onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, an spices, when sausage is done take off heat
3. Mix eggs an cheese in a mixing bowl then add sausage mixture, mix well
4. Preheat oven to 385
5. Pour mixture over potatoes into skillet, cook in oven 30 mins, edge should start turning brown, done.
6. Sprinkle a little taptios on top, enjoy
