Breakfast omelet (spicy version)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 white pepper powder
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 flavored pepper
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into bowl.
  2. Add in all spices and stir them all evenly.
  3. Heat up cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture in and fry till both sides are browned.
  5. Cut the omelet into 6 slices using the spatula and it's ready to serve with bread.
