Breakfast Egg And Sausage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 sliced bread
- cubed
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain grease.
- Spread bread cubes in buttered 12x8 baking dish.
- Top with sausage and cheese.
- Combine egg, lowfat milk, and seasoning.
- Beat well and pour over casserole.
- Cover and chill over night.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
