Ingredients

  • 6 each eggs beaten
  • 6 slices bread cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 pound bacon cooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Butter the casserole dish.
  3. Lay the cooked bacon on the bottom.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients together.
  5. Pour it over the bacon.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  7. Bake, covered, for a 1/2 hour.
  8. Then bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
