Bread Pudding With Amaretto Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 ounce. loaf French bread
- stale
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 12 c. sugar
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Splash Amaretto
Instructions
- In large bowl, soak bread in lowfat milk.
- Add in sugar, raisins and vanilla.
- Add in Large eggs.
- Mix very lightly.
- Place in well buttered baking dish.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 min.
- Yields 12 to 15.
