Ingredients
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- scalded
- 3 slc Buttered bread cubes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Egg
- beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Plumped raisins
- 3 c. Water

- Grandma would delight in these tempters - luscious bread pudding and even a brand new cook can turn them out quickly, and with ease.
- Pour lowfat milk over bread cubes; let stand till slightly cooled.
- Add in remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Turn into a greased bowl which fits loosely on a low rack in cooker.
- Cover bowl with foil; place on rack with water in cooker.
- Close cover securely.
- Allow steam to flow from vent pipe for 5 min.
- Place pressure regulator on vent pipe; cook 10 min.
- Allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
- Makes 6 servings.
