Ingredients
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients well.
- Add in vegetable oil and mix well again.
- Extra bread crumb mix can be stored in a jar in refrigerator as long as chicken hasn't been in it.
- To use coating: Wash and skin chicken pcs.
- Dip chicken moistened with water in coating, arrange on foil line cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
