Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. luke hot water
- 3 Packages dry yeast
- 4 or possibly less teaspoon salt
- 6 c. unsifted flour
- 3/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in large mixer bowl.
- Turn mixer to high speed for 5 min.
- Add in 6 c. flour (may knead by hand if mixer is too small to handle).
- Let rise 2 times, punching down between risings.
- Form into 6 loaves and place in well-greased pans or possibly shape for French Bread or possibly rolls.
- Let rise again (3rd time) till light.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min.
