Brandied Apricot Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 cup apricot jam
• 3 tablespoons brandy
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over medium-low, stirring to blend well, for 5 minutes.
3. Brush on pork or poultry during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling time.
4. Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
