Braised Cabbage/Tanzanian
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cabbage
- cut in 1 inch wedges
- 12 cup red onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup beef stock or 1 cup vegetable stock
Instructions
- Saute onions, cabbage and seasonings in oil, just until it loses it's crispiness.
- Add beef stock.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
