Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 6 pkt Sugar Twin sugar substitute
  • 3/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Boysenberry flavoring

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and Sugar Twin in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, yogurt and Boysenberry flavoring; stir just to blend.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  4. Divide batter proportionately into 18 muffins.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 20 min or possibly till golden.
  6. YIELD: 18 muffins (1 muffin per serving)
