Boursin Ball
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon chives chopped
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- freshly ground
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Shape into a flat round.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
- Peel the plastic wrap off and coat all sides with fresh ground pepper.
