Bourbon Smashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 lbs sweet potatoes
- 14 cup real butter
- 14 cup Bourbon
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange
- zest of
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F, pierce potatoes and bake until soft, about and hour.
- Let cool 15 minutes.
- Halve potatoes and scoop pulp into large bowl.
- Partially smash, then add remaining ingredients and smash well.
