Ingredients

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 dsh Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp. Bourbon
  • 1/4 c. Additional water

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cream, cinnamon and butter.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add in the corn starch mixed with 1/4 c water and cook, stirring till sauce is clear.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in whiskey.
  5. Serve beside Bread Pudding Souffle or possibly spoon on top.
