Bourbon Fizz

Ingredients

• 1/2 ounce pastis
• 1 lemon wedge and granulated sugar
• Ice
• 11/2 ounces bourbon
• 1/4 ounce amaretto
• 1/4 ounce Frangelico
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 ounce chilled club soda

Instructions

1. Rinse a martini glass with the pastis.
2. Moisten the outer rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with sugar.
3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the bourbon, amaretto, Frangelico and Simple Syrup.
4. Shake and strain into the martini glass.
5. Top with the club soda.
