Bourbon Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb cranberries (about 4 c.)
• 2 c. sugar
• 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 1/4 c. bourbon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Cover tightly with foil and bake till cranberries are tender and sugar is dissolved, stirring once, about 1 hour.
4. Remove from oven and stir in bourbon.
5. Chill cranberry sauce till well chilled.
