Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • boiled
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • fresh or possibly canned
  • minced
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Separate cauliflower in flowerets.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter; add in 1 c. mushroom liqueur from can or possibly water.
  4. Add in mushrooms and simmer 5 min and add in cream.
  5. Heat remaining butter, add in flour, and pour on mushroom mix.
  6. Stir, bring to boiling point, and season.
  7. Pour over cauliflower.
