Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- boiled
- 1 c. mushrooms
- fresh or possibly canned
- minced
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Separate cauliflower in flowerets.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- butter; add in 1 c. mushroom liqueur from can or possibly water.
- Add in mushrooms and simmer 5 min and add in cream.
- Heat remaining butter, add in flour, and pour on mushroom mix.
- Stir, bring to boiling point, and season.
- Pour over cauliflower.
